Well I have a fun giveaway for your Wednesday afternoon.   Two lucky winners will each score one $50 American Express gift card to use on whatever it is they would like courtesy of Lifetime Television network.

This is a promotion for the new tv series called Against the Wall where a Chicago police officer is promoted to detective for Internal Affairs.  This creates some conflict with her family of fellow police officers.

I have actually been watching the previews of this and I already have it added to my DVR.  I usually like these types of shows and they keep me company when I am doing store matchups late at night!

The show premieres on July 31st on Lifetime TV at 10pm.

    I would tuck the American Express card away in a file folder I have called “Day After Thanksgiving” and I would give it to my teenage daughter that day as a special shopping surprise. It’s a really special mother-daughter day for us every year.

    WOW, if I had $50, I would spend $20 on a PEDICURE, they are so relaxing, especially when you have 2 babies like me and you’re constantly on your feet running after them (they’re 1 & 2) After the Pedicure I’d get with one of my girls and get a bite to eat at a cute little restaurant and spend about $15 more dollars on that. With my last $15 I would go coupon shopping and see what all I can get with the $15! I definitely know how to stretch it! I LOVE couponing, its so fun for me. So $50 would really come in handy for me 🙂

    Seriously, I’d take the family out to Orange Leaf, a new yogurt bar in town. It’s amazing and I love when we all get together.. so I’d def. do that!

    Practical? i would use it to coupon to donate awesome free things to the local shelters or food drives! people should help local charities if they are getting free things! (and there are a lot that dont! hogs!)

    fun? i would probably take my kids to the caverns before school starts back. they need something to do before then!

    Mani and pedi sounds good but I would probably use it at Target and use all your tips to get as much as possible! 🙂 That would be fun too!

    If I was being practical I would spend it on groceries or back to school stuff. But if I wasn’t being practical I’d spend it on something ridiculous like a bunch of new purses.
