I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.
Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below. Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I use a vinyl binder so I’m always ready when I find a good deal. I am going to get a cloth one when the school stuff goes on clearance.
your information helps me alot. I don’t have them organized.
Follow you on FB
I use a combination of binder/envelope in my purse. My binder is very poorly organized and i need to figure out a better method to the binder! Thanks for the giveaway! I am a fan on FB

envelopes by store
I do not have a binder right now. I currently use paperclips and hand written notes. It takes a lot longer but gets the job done. I love this site and could greatly use an upgrade.
I use a small coupon file, but would love to try the binder!
I use an accordian that fits in my purse so I always have it, but I would love a binder….my system has it’s flaws…
I follow on FB.
Currently using the accordian file type, but I hate it. I have longed and wished for a large binder where I can SEE every coupon I have. Couponing is a challenge where I live because no stores double and you have to go to several different places to get “deals”. But it has proven itself a “save” for me to coupon. Thanks for your giveaway and I will be posting on my facebook page along with liking yours! 🙂

Small accordion folder
I have my coups in envelopes labeled with the different stores. Organization is my biggest struggle right now with my coupons. It takes me some time in the store to dig through them all if I see something on sale that I think I may have a coupon for. I would love to get a binder and see how to easily organize my coups!
I have been using coupons for about 7 months now and I keep my coupons in envelopes- which I can’t stand anymore. I still can’t decide which method I would like best but I know this one is getting old! This would be fantastic to win! Thank you.
I have no organization system 🙁
I also “like” you on facebook and “liked” this giveaway!
I’m using a white binder w/ some BB card sheets. THX :O)
I use an accordion file right now.
I have a binder for what I keep at home and I use an accordian purse size Pampered Chef coupon holder in my purse. Just the right size!
i use the bottom of my pocketbook. My coupon binder was stolen from my car lthree weeks ago so i can really use a new binder thanks
I currently use a smaller accordion envelope system. Would love to have my coupons for orgainzed, but it works for now.
I use standard white envelopes for each category.
Unfortunately crumpled on the bottom of my purse…..or wedged into my wallet…..or balled in my pocket…….
I am currently using the “stashed in many places in my purse” method of couponing. I feel like I really am missing out on lots of deals as I can’t seem to locate the ones I need when I need them…
I have a business-sized envelope in my purse, and I’ve used index cards to divide the coupons into three sections – fast food, grocery, and other. It’s working all right so far, but only because I don’t have that many coupons!
I have an old binder but could use an upgrade
All the coupons go into one envelope 🙂
ummm, i dont have a current method really. I usually shove them in my purse. I have envolopes made, but have been too lazy to organize everything lately 🙂 I would love a binder already organized and done up so pretty!!
My method of coupon sorting is two fold. I save my printed & newspaper coupons in a file folder on my desk (making sure to write the date on the newspaper coupons). Then, as I read about deals or know I need a specific item, I clip coupons, throw them in an envelope and keep them in my purse. The problem with this method is the overflow of coupons that end up in my purse. Tiny bits of paper everywhere! I could totally use the binder!!
I like MFA on FB!
I just started a binder, but it’s still fairly disorganized.
I have a binder, but i’ve never gotten the organization the way i really want it. So i’m constantly re working it! Would love one already set up and everything!
I’m an envelope person, (at least on Sunday when I cut them all out and place them in) then when searching in the store “just in case” I have one to match a clearance item, they end up in the bottom of the file folder I store the envelopes in… Then I have to reorganize the whole thing the following Sunday, lol.
Accordion envelope (which I am not very fond of) and then regular mailing envelopes for each type of product!
I use a small accordian fil and I hate it. I keep wanting to change but don’t know what to change to.
I usually use an accordian style because it is small and portable. The drawback is that I can’t see what I have individually.
i would love to win the coupon binder !!!!!!!!!!
Envelope system works best for me.
I like you on Facebook.
facebook friends 🙂
I have the coupons organized in a photo album for 4×6 photos.
I have my insets dated, sitting in a pile. (No system.)
I have a box w/envelopes filled w/printables and clipped coupons from “old” inserts (at least one month old). I keep this on top of a notebook that is stuffed with full inserts, marked w/the week on the front, that I haven’t clipped yet. I go through whichever I need to when I’m matching up trips, then put those in an envelope… it works for a few weeks, then I have TONS of inserts piling up, envelopes with random clipped coupons (that I ended up not using/needing during a trip) and frankly, coupons everywhere, lol. I’ve been eyeing the binder method, but too scared to go at it on my own!
I use envelopes, (at least on Sunday when I cut them all out) then as I look thru them at the store, they end up at the bottom of the file folder I store them all in, lol.
I file away whole coupon inserts and clip as needed
I like you on facebook!
I have a tabbed accordion file for whole inserts, and a small overstuffed holder I take with me everywhere.

I keept them in a reg coupon accordian type folder. I would love a binder though…I have had them spill all over the floor at Target!
