I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.
Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below. Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I would LOVE LOVE to win a coupon binder – It would really make me so happy! Right now, I have my coupons in two categories, food stuff and non-food stuff, and I use two big binder clips to keep them together. 🙂 Thanks!
I am using a paper accordian file with all of my coupons in expiration date order. It is currently falling apart so badly that I can not even move it off of my kitchen table! It would be so nice to win so that my family doesn’t have to look at my coupons every night when we eat dinner!
I use a very tattered photo album…

I use a coupon book- or try to some times they wind up all over the house or car or crumpled up. Would love better organization.
I am a facebook fan !
Just liked you on facebook-hope to win the coupon binder
Unfortunately, the times I do remember to bring my coupons to the store, they’re crammed into my wallet or wandering around my (large) purse. :o/

I use an accordian file that I’ve out grown and need to upgrade to something else. I also use a file folder for all my inserts. I could totally use a binder to be organized.
i totally use a binder but not a nice one at all and i’m a little embarrassed walking in the store with it but won’t go to the store without it. thank you so much for everything.

I previously used a small accordion file but have recently upgraded to a large shoebox so I can carry everything with me and not just the coupons I think I’ll use.
Just friended you and , my coupons are in my purse or lying unorganized on my desk.
I have a binder, but it’s not one of the nice organized one. This would really help!
I presently use an accordian file with different sections for specific stores & categories. I don’t mind it, but I have wanted to start using a binder so I can see everything without having to dig through all the coupons in 1 particular category. 🙂
I am new to coupling and I don’t have a system down yet. I’m not on Facebook but would love to win!!

I have all of the above u listed I have yet to come up with a good system that I like and 100% works Its never ending trying to get it right!
I “like” My Frugal Adventures on Facebook!
I like you on Facebook too!
Thank you for putting your time into the binder project. I currently use a small coupon accordian.
I just started couponing last week… so I don’t have a system yet. Right now I just have random ad inserts floating around.
I’ve liked you on FB. Thanks 🙂
I have shared this giveaway on Facebook!
I just liked you on Facebook!

I use an old, ugly binder.
I love coupons but forget my envelope all the time. I would love a binder and to see how you organize it.
I use a small accordian style coupon holder.
Facebook friends!!
I try to stay organized with a binder but its ALOT of work and time and I am not sure I am doing it completely right!? Liked you on facebook and shared you with all my friends on my facebook wall!!!
I have a binder and keep some of the uncut inserts.
I keep my inserts in a horizontal file system I got from Ikea, it’s wire mesh and has three pull out trays. I also have a file folder that I stick all of the printables or other coupons I have yet to organize. And last but not least I have a small accordian style organizer that I pretty much always have in my purse or car that has all of the coupons I might need on a given day. I have a couple of sections for stores I regularly shop at, like target and CVS and then other sections for product categories. Don’t worry though I usually have a handful of random coupons at the bottom of my purse too! 🙂
This is my project for the next few weeks. THis would save soooo much time!

I am currently using 2 mini accordian coupon holders. I keep thinking I need another for cleaning supplies, or personal items. So eventually I might have another…or a binder 🙂
Folder but want to binder 🙂
I use envelopes for my coupons. I haven’t found a binder for a good price yet!
im in a messy envelope in my purse– soooo need an organized binder
I write the date of the newspaper on the front of each insert and put that in a plastic paper cover in a binder and store them in chronological order.
I use a a small filing box and the coupons are sorted by type of food & expiration date. It isn’t the best system, but it works for now. I’d love a binder, but never wanted to spend the time or money to put one together.
