{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I have no system…they are in a pocket in my purse. I’ve been looking for a good system/organizer. Seems my current way isnt too effective 🙁

    …and we are FB friends!

Currently I use a ziplock bag but I know I need ab organizer to be more productive. Also, I’m already a fan of your page on facebook.

I use a binder, but usually end up with a bunch of coupons in the front pocket waiting to be filed! Would love a fresh start!

I use an accordion file but am dying to get organized with a binder. Already liked you on FB from about one month ago.

I have a very messy 3-ring binder and a bunch of coupons crumbled in my purse… :-/

  8. Monica says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I have been using a small wallet size coupon holder that I can keep in my purse….works pretty good since I hate to not have my coupons with me.

  9. Tracee Stewart says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I use a notebook. My notebook only lasts a little while before it starts tearing apart and have to get a new one! Would love the binder to get re-organized!!

  10. Laurie says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

We keep the categories in different envelopes, and the envelopes in an old baby wipes container. Not so effective to take with on a whim!

  11. Jacquelyn says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I use a little square box that has all my coupons listed in order by brand name, its easy to change in and out.

  12. fay says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

i use accordian file for all coupons and i pull what is being used on any given trip into a ridiculously reinforced envelope for convenience and portability. the accordian is not ideal, but it’s as good as it gets here….and, i’ve “liked” you on facebook for a while now. thanks for all the tips, hints and ideas.

  14. Whitney says

I use a large binder to organize my coupons. To make it easy to reference them, I use plastic inserts (baseball card ones) and tabs labeled to divide the sections. I also have a smaller binder I call my book o’ fun filled with restaurant, fast food, movie tickets/coupons, free family event schedules, etc. I also have two small accordion coupon binders (one for Rite Aid and the other for grocery that I take to the stores with me!~

  17. Jenell says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I have file folders to hold all the inserts by month. I then use a small file to hold coupons I have clipped that I think I might use!

  18. Dona says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I’ve tried the accordion file, envelopes, leaving the inserts whole and flipping pages, but haven’t kept up with any of them. I have a messy pile of clipped and unclipped coupons that takes me at least an hour per week to go through for match ups. Ugh!

  19. Kim says

    07/04/2011 at 10:18 AM

I “like” my frugal adventures on Facebook too.

  20. Shelby says

  21. Lauren A says

I stick inserts in folders by date, but I’ve been thinking about switching to the binder method….

    Fun giveaway – thanks!

  22. Alicia says

    07/04/2011 at 10:19 AM

I have the coupons in an accordian file, which is way too small! I always have stacks of printed coupons on my desk, ready to be organized into piles for each store.

  23. Melissa P says

We are facebook friends! I’d love a coupon binder!

  24. Brenda says

    07/04/2011 at 10:19 AM

I use a coupon binder method. I have photo slot pages and many baseball card protector pages. I can see everything easily, coupon value, product, and expiration date. It helps me to compare prices quickly in the store.

  25. Valerie P. says

    07/04/2011 at 10:19 AM

  40. Teri says

    07/04/2011 at 10:20 AM

I use the binder method but my binder is kind of old and looking pretty rough. This is a really, really GREAT giveaway! Thanks!

  41. Jen says

    07/04/2011 at 10:20 AM

I use a binder, separated into general store categories, and then I keep the coupons within the categories into smaller sections (ie Health and Beauty, and then all the razor coupons together, all the soap coupons together, and so on). Cuts down on searching in the aisles 🙂

  42. Angie says

    07/04/2011 at 10:20 AM

Well I use my kitchen table as my organizer at the moment…which is hard with the fans blowing! But its what I call organized chaos!

I’ve already liked you on Facebook btw..

    🙂

  43. Donna says

    07/04/2011 at 10:20 AM

I use a purple accordian organizer that never seems to have enough space!

    I like you on fb!!

  45. Faustine says

I use a small organizer and organized them by month of expiration. I also have a spreadsheet on my computer that lists all of my coupons, savings, and expiration so when I look thru the ads, I can refer to my spreadsheet to find the best coupons for what is on sale.

I use an accordian file-when I’m organized, also the bottom of my purse, the console of the car, and the bag I tote things to work in. I already like FB page.

  50. Wendie Lather says

    07/04/2011 at 10:20 AM

I have always used an accordion file for my couponing, until recently I broke down and purchased a binder and some photo page inserts and find that my coupons are so much easier to keep organized and find. If I am lucky enough to win one of these, I will give it to my daughter, so she can be organized with her coupons, she is new to it and learning. This would be a great gift for her 🙂
