With three small boys, three year old twin boys & a 22 month old it was a little hard couponing. I just started couponing this past year but am still very new to it, trying to keep track of sales & trying to use the coupons before they expire. With a family of five coupons really help. I started using coupons about 3 or 4 years ago when my husband lost his job. Its now become a fun but addicting game, get the most stuff for the least amount of money. I just started couponing in May. I have had some big successes and some big flops, but I think I’m hooked!
I’ve been using coupons since I was a child, no really I have. When I was a child they would double all coupons but they often limted the number of the same item per person. So since the main grocery store was a 45 minute drive each of us three children, once old enough, would go to our own check out with cash in hand a double our coupons too! I remember margarine, sugar and flour on my list alot! Fun memories. I still use coupons today with my own family.

I have been trying this couponing thing for about 6 months now and I usually do pretty good with what I have… I have a hard time getting a large amount of coupons so though I’m saving a lot on what I do get, it is hard to get the 3 month supply that I would like to have on certain items!
