{CLOSED} Giveaway: 10 Loaded Coupon Binders!

07/08/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

Well to follow up on the giveaway from last week, I decided to do another giveaway this week with 10 coupon binders. I couldn’t decide if I should give more binders away and use a standard plastic binder or give less away and use a nicer zippered binder. SO I decided to do both!

This time around you will receive one loaded coupon binder and it will have:

  • Standard 2 inch binder
  • Plastic coupon sleeves in 2 sizes
  • Pencil Pouch
  • Customizable Labels (I include labels for 2 methods of organizing so you can choose which you prefer)
  • Tab Dividers
  • 2 complete coupon inserts
  • Detailed list of how to go about organizing your coupon binder and your inserts
  • Couponing 101 Tips from me as well as menu planning sheets and more!

So we have more binders this week with the standard binder and then next week I will alternate with fewer binders and instead have a zippered, handle binder.  The contents will be the same each time.

I am also working on getting a vlog together with exactly what I put together for these babies and how you can buy one of your very own!!

**

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know if you have any general coupon questions.  If you don’t, that’s OK but I’d like to get ideas for future articles so ask away!

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick TEN winners on Wednesday at 7pm PST.

*Note: If you are a newsletter subscriber you need to click through here to the blog to enter to win.

I would love to win one of your binders!!! I use a big 4″ binder that is just too bulky to work with in the stores… planning to convert to 2 binders, 1 “food’ and 1 “non-food”. I have procrastination issues, which can lethal in couponing… btw, I consider myself a “strategic” couponer, as opposed to “extreme”. I love to give things to my friends & family and my church, and have been able to give several times to disaster donation locations. I’d like to hear your take on the procastination, and maybe something about “juggling” 2 binders!

I would love to win this. I want to change over to the binder method. I was wondering if the sites where you buy coupons are legitimate? The coupons in my area are getting worse every week.

My question: Is it really worth it to buy coupons from a clipping service?

right now I just keep the inserts in a box & have to go through them to look for the coupons. I’ve been wanting to try the binder method but cost is an issue. for article ideas, I’d love to see a regular feature where a meal could be put together from the coupons in each week’s inserts. I think it would be fun and take some creativity. it’s so hard to lower the grocery bills. It’s easy to find the deals on HAB and snacks, but real food is the challenge.

I follow you on facebook because I can’t wait to see all your tips/advice so I can run to the stores and buy it up! I would love to win your folders so I can see another way of doing it, Ive been putting them in envelopes….. my coupons need help lol

  26. Lori says

    07/09/2011 at 5:42 AM

Have you ever done some sort of accounting on the deals you purchase versus what you’ve spent over a period of time? Sometimes I spend a little more in one month than I normally would. Even though I know – based on the price I actually pay for items – that I am getting ahead, I often worry that maybe I’m just falling into a consumer trap.

I used to coupon a lot and I would save cereal and other boxes for rebates. I still use coupons, but could do a lot better. Thanks.

One general coupon question I have is if you get a coupon that says “Manufacturer’s Coupon” but then says that it’s “Redeemable at Kroger”, is that the only store you can use it at (aside from stores that accept competitor’s coupons). I’ve tried using them elsewhere and have had cashiers refuse them. Thanks!

I am new to couponing and am so excited about saving money. I can’t take all the coupons when I shopping and it seems that something I need is on sale and the coupons are at home. I thank you for your blog which is a great help to a newbie.

I too have my coupons in a a little tote and it is at times a chore to go through them. I have always been a little confused as to how to set up a binder. I like the idea above about meal planning coupon based meals.

I would love to win a binder, would be very helpful to organize! I was wondering how do you decide which coupons to clip, do you just clip them all, or do you just get the ones you think you will use?

  43. Amy G says

    07/09/2011 at 6:11 AM

Do you tend to try and use as many of your coupons as you can before they expire or do you only use them if they are on sale items to save the most money? I would LOVE to win that giveaway!

  44. Jamie says

Would really love to win one of these binders. Just using a small organizer now, but would love to have something nicer.

I would like to know how to get multiples of the same coupon and how to get the best deals when no stores in my area do not double coupons.

  47. Marcie E says

    07/09/2011 at 6:14 AM

I am a new stay at home mom, she’s 4mo, kinda new to trying to save our cost of our grocery bills if possible, of course, and from what I have been trying to do clip here and there, go online and request and print, I’d like to know from the products we use most, what would be the best choice in trying to save, use coupons if possible, rather than buy on what products we can get coupons for or what they send is? And is there a preferred website for certain brands? Seems so overwhelming at times. Thanks so much for being here!

  48. Maria G. says

    07/09/2011 at 6:14 AM

Thanks so much for the giveaway. One of the questions that i have is How do you go about purchasing coupons from a coupon clipping company? I have not done this before so i have no idea.
