Well to follow up on the giveaway from last week, I decided to do another giveaway this week with 10 coupon binders. I couldn’t decide if I should give more binders away and use a standard plastic binder or give less away and use a nicer zippered binder. SO I decided to do both!
This time around you will receive one loaded coupon binder and it will have:
- Standard 2 inch binder
- Plastic coupon sleeves in 2 sizes
- Pencil Pouch
- Customizable Labels (I include labels for 2 methods of organizing so you can choose which you prefer)
- Tab Dividers
- 2 complete coupon inserts
- Detailed list of how to go about organizing your coupon binder and your inserts
- Couponing 101 Tips from me as well as menu planning sheets and more!
So we have more binders this week with the standard binder and then next week I will alternate with fewer binders and instead have a zippered, handle binder. The contents will be the same each time.
I am also working on getting a vlog together with exactly what I put together for these babies and how you can buy one of your very own!!

I have used coupons for a long time, but never to benefit myself in a stockpile. My question about couponing is how do I get maximize every coupon I print out. Should I go use the coupon by the expiration date if the price is right? I am not sure if I am assigning the correct rock bottom price for each item.
I have a coupon binder but mine is so heavy and I have a bad arm, can u tell me where to buy the one with handles? Do you know how to stack coupons I am confused when it comes to that? Thank you!!!
I would love to win a binder and get organized better with coupons to save more. I am already a fan on FB. Thanks for all you do!
I share your posting on my wall so I hope one of my savvy friends wins so I can have a binder. I need a good organization system.

I need some help and time to do more couponing
I liked u on facebook, also I posted your contest on my wall !!!!!!
Hi there! Love your facebook page, I’m a beginer couponer and your tips have helped me out mucho! 🙂 Thank you. A question though: How exactly does coupon “stacking” work? I’ve been doing ok with getting items cheaper than I normally would, but am having alot of trouble getting things very cheap or free. Do stores accept more than 1 manufacter coupon per item purchased? I know at Target you can “stack” 1 manufacter with 1 target printable…but what about other stores (walgreens, rite aid, etc)?….Gracias in advance!!! 😉
I love your site!
I think your site is great!! Thank you for all of your great advice for coupon deals! I hope to win your binder this time! 🙂

Yet another single mom who just lost her job! I’ve done couponing in the past with great success, but I haven’t done a lot since I started buying mostly organic. Any tips?
I’d love to see more articles on Wags and CVS rolling!
Brand new to this site, hoping to get a great start using coupons.
I Friended Ya and I posted a link to the giveaway on my FB wall.
And I tweeted!
I would love to have one of your Binders. It would be a blessing. I am not working right now and don’t have alot of money for food, so this would help with my family. My friend Cindy started me a learning about coupons so i have been cutting them out and using them. I don’t have a Binder just take them to the store with me. So it would be very nice if i could get one.
thank you for doing this for ones like myself.
You do a really good job here and I’m impressed how often you update your site. I’ve already “liked” you on FB. Keep up the awesome work.
I love your gift ideas & reading about new uses for bargain purchases. Thanks!

my question… when and where do you get so many copies of coupons without buying them? I ask friends and share with people but sometimes I only get one or two extra coupons for things I want.
(fingers crossed I win this)
I really love your sitea!
No question at this point but I love your site. Thanks!
I would love to win a coupon binder. Not for me, I have one, but for my sister who is fairly new to couponing! I cringe when I see her pull out her pile of coupons 🙂
No questions but I <3 your site. Thanks for all you do!

What’s your favorite charity to donate items that you were able to get free by using coupons?
Hello,
I have been couponing for three months now and still going and I am very happy to have found this site “My frugal adventures”. Thank you for sharing all your great deals and insight on how to maximize the savings especially the pictures to. I would like a better way to organize my coupons (one envelope with big rubber band) is what I am using now and a binder would be helpful keeping my fingers crossed 🙂
I just would like to say to Kim Johnson from one couponer to another, at first it was not easy for me either. I was very nervous if I had all the right coupons, would the cashier be helpful or annoyed with my coupons (some were) and not except them for one reason or another and how would other people look at me using coupons. Once I passed that fear, I found confidence in myself to know there is nothing wrong with using coupons in order to maximaze savings for our family.
The best thing is to be familiar with the coupon policy at the stores you shop at and have a copy of that particular store coupon policy with you. I know it can be difficult but staying calm and being polite is the best thing, even if they are not. If the cashier is being very difficult just ask them to call a manager and then speak with the manager which they will be more inclined to help you getting your purchase done and some may even give you an apology for the trouble.
Lastly, many people see the TLC show Extreme couponers and they have gotten a bad impression thinking everyone is hoarding or doing something wrong because the price your paying out of pocket is low or close to free for the products you are purchasing. Many are not informed about how coupons work. Now with technology being so advanced that you can print coupons directly from manufacturer’s website and coupons.com and so on; not many people are aware or know how to go about doing that so for them it is out of the “Norm” and impossible, so they think. So some get upset because of the lack of understanding on how you are able to save the amount you saving on your purchases. As long as you are using your coupons correctly there should be no problem.
I am sure if all those cashiers and people waiting on the line knew how to apply coupons to their purchases, they would be using coupons as well. Besides who does not like to save at least 65% or more on there groceries? I know how beneficial that savings can be. Now when I go shopping I am not a regular shopper paying full price for things, I am a happy couponer who is like a kid in candy store 🙂 when I have saved money and gotten catalinas or extra care bucks/register rewards for my future purchases. Wishing you all great shopping experiences 😉

I liked your page on facebook. Thanks!
How would you go about trying to find coupon inserts at the recycling center?
i would like to understand stacking coupond better and if any stores in so cal double coupons!?!??!?
Curious to know what your “stock up” price for items is. Thanks for all your hard work.
I’d like you to write about the new “bonus points” program in Walgreens. I live in Portland OR area, and we have those instead of RRs.,
I’m fairly new to couponing, but it has been a blast learning all I can and SAVING! But my friends and family look at me crazy when I talk about saving with coupons. How do you recommend educating people about the benefits of couponing, without dragging them to the store with you???
Oh, and I’ve friended you on facebook already!
I like you on facebook.
I would like to learn more about how to put a binder together for coupons that doesn’t take hours every week to keep up.
I would like to know more about how to educate friends and families about the benefits of couponing without sounding like the crazy cat lady!
I’m VERY new and little overwhelmed. Any ideas on how to get going without getting frsutrated, lol? I’m so excited and hope I win, it would be a great way to get started and organized! Thank you! oh and friended you on facebook-:)
I would love to learn more about organizing coupons on limited time.
I’m learning so much on this website. I just started a month ago and have saved almost $300.00 Thanks!
FB friends!!!! yay
I “like” you on Facebook & I really do enjoy your site!
I’ve been couponing for a while now, but I just can’t seem to get organized enough to do more. I really NEED to do more, but it seems like by the time I get to the store, I just don’t have anywhere to keep my coupons! I get frustrated and throw them back in the diaper bag (I have a 9 week old boy) and forget to use some of them by the end of the trip! Would LOVE to have a binder to keep some organization in my life! 🙂
