Here is this week’s shopping trip. I did a bit of a stock up which I have been planning to do for a few weeks anyway to get some proteins into the freezer. The grand total was $89.54 which is more than I usually spend but it worked out fine because I have some extra money in the budget from prior weeks.

I decided to stock up on the meat this week even though the prices weren’t a total steal because I wanted to use a $10 off $50 coupon I got in the mail.
So not too bad because that is a lot of meat for us. We have ground beef and fish and pork chops in the freezer, so I add all this in and we have enough protein for at least 6 weeks.
CVS: $8.04
$8 is actually kind of expensive for a CVS trip but the important thing is I got products we actually need (like chocolate) and it has hit 100 degrees where I live so the sales on beverages are perfect.
Arrowhead Water $2.00- the aquapods are cheaper but I needed sport top water for my girls.
5 Powerade $1- used $1 coupon
Kashi Go Lean Cereal $3.00- Used $2 Recyclebank coupon
Motrin PM $4.00
Bliss Chocolate $5.99- used $1 coupon
used $5/20 CVS coupon and $4 ECB. Paid $8.04 and got back $5.99, $2, $3 in ECB for a net price of just $1.00. Considering the beverage tax alone was .80 that isn’t bad!
I have actually done 2 other CVS trips this week that I will post later. It is a fantastic week at CVS!

Sprouts used to have a 5off 40 dollar purchase coupon available through
Recyclebank.com. I’ve been emailing Sprouts to see if they will be offering that again. No response so far, but maybe if enough of us email and ask…
Love your website and especially the Sprouts printable shopping lists.

I’m loving CVS this week. I’ve been 4 times already lol. And I have another trip to make too now that I got the Lipton coupons.

I know me too! I have been 3x and now the $5 coupon and the Lipton means I will go once again! I think I am going to get the Schick razors on Saturday with my coupon.
