*On another note- I’d love your feedback on an idea that I have. I would like to provide more transaction ideas for each week on how to maximize these deals. The issue is simply that there are not enough hours in the day for me to get to it all. I was thinking if people want to post the transactions they have worked out in the comments for any of the three drugstores each week, I would be happy to select one person weekly to get a $10 Starbucks gift card. Maybe you can enjoy a few Lattes and help others that are trying to learn how to best approach these stores each week. Would anyone be interested in that?
breakaway says
I didn’t get the $5 off Tylenol Precise in my SmartSource (Citrus Heights, CA), but I was able to print 2 per computer off of PrecisePainRelief.com…
breakaway says
Actually, I think you meant to put 5/8/11 SS under the Tylenol, because i saw in another one of your posts that it would be in the 5/8 SS.
Charlene says
Yeah that is correct- it should be this weekend’s paper not last weekend.
Rachel R. says
I would be interested in seeing other’s transaction scenarios and will post mine when I come up with something good.
Nicole says
I would love to see transactions from other people. I will post mine, if there is a chance for free coffee!
Karentina says
I would love to see transaction ideas!! And post mine at the hopes of caffeine! This would inspire me to get back to planning then shopping. Having a second kiddo has thrown my organization into disarray!! Lol
sheila says
Love it, I aways have rite aid ideas 🙂
Ashley H. says
I would consider posting transaction ideas if there was a gift card involved! 🙂
anna says
there was $5/25 coupon on rite aid site(your wellness thing) be sure to print it!
shelly says
I would participate.
Michelle B says
I would love to see sample transactions…I (still) haven’t gotten onto the drug store band wagon and know I should. I would love to see some specific examples….
tiffany says
Count me in – I’d love to hear what others have come up with and share my ideas as well.

well that’s what i got for now. i’m going today to check pricing and get the free deodorant my hubby will complain about (he always reminds me he can’t eat deodorant lol) and will get red vines if any left to change one of my $10ups to (10) $1ups for 5/8 scenarios.
hope this helps. I’d love a starbucks card 😀 rite aid is my favorite of the drug stores so i normally have my scenarios figured out for this store. Unfortunately, I”m rolling ups from weeks past so for newbies or people will less ups they may not be able to do my scenarios.
Courtney J says
I think it’s a good idea!
Jessica says
love this idea!! we don’t have CVS up here and I am boycotting Walgreens because Portland doesn’t get the RR (except on occasion), we get points (blah!!!) but I HEART Rite Aid. I would post with or without a gift card though 🙂
Here’s what I did this week in order to get something we needed but wasn’t on sale:
Schick Hydro 5 refills $11.99
Bought 2 = $23.98
Used 10% wellness discount = $21.58
Used (4) $1 Up from last week = $17.58
Used (2) $2/1 m.q. = $13.58
Used $3/$15 Rite Aid survey coupon = $10.58
So, the downfall is, I have no Ups to roll into this weeks deals, but I did get another survey coupon on my receipt. The upside is, my hubby can shave, which he surely appreciates 🙂
Rachel R. says
@momrose3- The free Breathe Right coupon is a limit 1 per wellness card.
Dana says
@momrose3 – the free breathe right coupon states one per customer
Misti says
momrose3…your deals look amazingly well thought out. (made my head hurt a little, actually) 🙂 Was wondering what you meant by that last part? “Will get red vines if any left to change one of my $10ups to (10) $1ups.” Didn’t know this could be done. Could you explain for this newbie? Thanks so much!
Ronni says
Love that idea, even without the gift card I think you’d have lots of folks contributing.
Candy says
Count me in. Love the idea of sharing, with or without the giftcard!
Diane says
I was in rite aid yesterday and showed th my free breathe right coupon and they are not accepting it! Just a heads up some stores won’t take it!
Lauren says
I tried the Tylenol Precise deal today, bought 5 of them using the $5 coupons making them all free, no $10 UP+ printed 🙁 But I still got them for free sooo… it’s fine
Charlene says
Hey lauren- does it say anything on the bottom of your receipt about a weekend warrior promo?
momrose3 says
i had two breathe rite RA q’s they were both different (one was from a link someone posted and one was from my ra acct) so i did use two of them not 4, thus adjusting my #1 I added the stop pain spray to get to my $15.
Oh and I got 2 $2ups for viactiv (i thought i would only get 1)
@Misti I changed my $10up to smaller ones by making a purchase. 1 dove deodorant (yesterday deals $3.99 get $3up) and I bought red vines 2/$3 get $1up each. I used my $10 up to pay and got back $3up, and six $1ups so that’s how i make smaller ups.
I decided against the tylenol because my paper didn’t have the q and it is cheaper next week and there is definitely a precise deal 5/15.
the miralax deal was $20.69 w/10% discount – $3/$15, $3/1 q get $10ups so basically $4.69 +tax for this item, which i think is a great price.
Today’s trip I spent $2.37 OOP, $3.28 tax, I still have $37ups (I think I started with $35 today) and I only did 5 transactions.
Charlene says
Ok Diane thanks. I knew that coupon was a problem. I did email the corporate guy and he said they were aware it went viral and they would rather not have it redeemed by customers as it was only intended for a handful of people.
momrose3 says
OH NO! I feel bad about my breathe rite q’s. I honestly didn’t know. I just read on some other blogs stores have signs posted that these coupons are not being accepted. My store didn’t have signs nor it did the q’s beep or else I wouldn’t have used them. I suppose I should’ve known better on the link that was posted online last week but I didn’t think the one from my RA acct would be an issue (also these coupons looked and had different numbers on them). Sorry about my scenario with these I wasn’t trying to misuse the q’s.
Crystal says
Ok so I got the eos lip balm but I didn’t get the single check rebate, how do you get it??
Crystal says

Charlene says
Crystal- you have to sign up online and then submit your rebate online. They mail you a check that looks like a postcard.
