I just came back from my local cvs and while there, I was told all there sales are Monday-Friday now. I couldn’t buy any of the items at sale or get ECB. Have I missed something new or is this just happening in my area?

Cheryl- are you in Texas or MO/KS area? I heard they are rolling out some stupid test thing that sounds like it stinks. I thought it was just Kansas City area and then someone mentioned they had it in TX.

sorry for not saying this in my first post. I’m in Texas. I don’t like this test thing. At least now I know and I can make sure to get all my shopping done by Friday.

Our Ad in Kansas City, MO states Sale date Sunday-Friday.
I thought it was just an Autin thing the store I go to is a test store. Yes, it really sucks. I feel for the managers who’s hands are tied & who know they are losing tons of shoppers & tons of money b/c of corporate’s craziness.

For the $12, get $4 ECB deal, I got a Glade Sense and Spray for $7, Scrubbing Bubbles Spray for $3, and Shout for $3. Then I used a $2 Glade coupon (didn’t have the $3 one), $1.50 Scrubbing Bubbles coupon, and a $.55 Shout coupon. So I spent $8.95 on those items after coupons, and got $4 ECB back, making them $1.65 each

I live in KC area and I am bummed about being another test site…I harldy shop at walgreens because we are a test site for points instead of the reward dollars…booo 🙁

Very interesting CVS visit today! The ziploc was $5 for 2, so that with a coupon PLUS the ziploc/M&M deal (with M&Ms $4/2), was nice. However, the real exciting part of the visit was that Godiva coffee was on sale: $4.85 for the Breakfast Blend and $4.99 for the flavored (hazelnut, chocolate truffle, vanilla). I had two $2 off Godiva printables, so that was a very nice deal for coffee!
