Here is the plan for this week- these are just the inspiration recipes and I usually customize them to make them my own.

  • Parmesan Chicken and Salad
  • Spinach Artichoke Pizza (the girls get cheese and tomatoes and red pepper pizzas)
  • Tacos (aka Dad’s turn to cook!)
  • Ricotta and Veggie Sandwiches
  • Chicken Noodle Soup Casserole
  • Mexican Beef and Rice
  • I am going to get Chili’s one night for take out (my husband’s favorite).

And I think I will make banana pudding this week for dessert. ย Yummy!

I always love your weekly menu plans. They look so much tastier than mine, tho half the items I’m sure my husband would never touch. ๐Ÿ˜‰ But they give me ideas when I’m getting bored of my usual fare here, so thank you!

My husband is a good sport but his meals typically are closer to what I make for the girls ๐Ÿ˜‰

Wow, I’m impressed with all the meat dishes you put out considering you’re a vegetarian…or did I make that up?? I’m a part-time meat-eater and I can’t ever go near the stuff enough to cook it! ๐Ÿ™‚

Your recipes always look so good. I recently stopped eating meat and having a hard time cooking for myself and my husband who is definitely a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I think I remember you saying that you don’t eat meat either, what do you do for youself on nights when your meals are meat based?

La- I can’t stand it either. We do a lot in the crockpot because I don’t like handling proteins. I don’t mind cutting up boneless chicken and dumping it in casseroles and stuff. I just refuse to take the meat off bones and stuff. I don’t like watching people eat off bones either ๐Ÿ˜›

Charlene, I have the chicken noodle casserole in the oven right now, except I did use egg noodles and a little chicken broth to thin out the sauce. Added some cheese, it looks / smells fab! Thanks for the great recipes!

I do eat meat, but really have a hard time with bones – I make a mean Roast Chicken (thank you Ina Garten!) but have a really, really hard time cutting it up. I prefer to disassociate my meat with animals.

Oh funny! Ok well I hope it turns out well. I had a tiny bit of celery and carrot to use up so this was perfect for me ๐Ÿ™‚
