Here is the plan for this week:
Cauliflower- Carrot Soup with Goat Cheese is what I making for my lunch this week.
Dinners:
- Sun Dried Tomatoes and Mushroom Sandwiches (I will serve this like a sandwich). The girls will probably have something like ricotta and dried apricot sandwiches instead.
- Honey Mustard Chicken and Rice
- Chicken Brushetta Pasta
- Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Burgers with Roasted Potatoes
- Whole Grain Waffles with Cheddar and Maple Apple Sauce and Sausage (everyone here likes Morningstar sausage patties) from Rachael Ray April issue
- Croque Monsieur Sandwiches
- Roasted Beet Salad and Grilled Steak
Did you find a deal on Gruyere cheese for the Croque Monsieur Sandwiches? I always find it be WAY expensive- $5 or $6 a package!
Renee- I bought an iGourmet Groupon voucher awhile back for $20- you get $40 to spend. I got a bunch of cheeses back then including Gruyere because it is so expensive.
Thanks for letting me know- the recipe for J.Alexander’s delicious mac & cheese calls for Gruyere so I rarely make it.
Can you put the other reciepes up?
