{CLOSED} Giveaway: Two $50 Home Depot Gift Cards

Well I am super excited about the giveaway today.  I have TWO $50 gift cards for two lucky MFA readers.

This giveaway is in honor of a new promotion Home Depot is running for the next few weeks.  They will have Black Friday type sales running Thursday-Sunday on all sorts of seasonal items like lawn mowers and outdoor power tools.

This promotion is slightly different for each area but it begins Thursday, March 31 through Sunday, April 3rd in markets including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Columbia SC, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, Fresno, Greenville SC, Jacksonville, Memphis, Nashville, Portland, Raleigh, Sacramento, San Francisco and Seattle.

The specific deals will be posted at midnight on Thursday at HomeDepot.com. You will want to be sure to enter your zip code to get the deals specific to your city.

Additionally, starting Friday, March 18th Home Depot will have select items available to purchase on Facebook at 50-75% off regular retail.

Here are a few examples of the types of deals we will see:

    We really need to paint our pool. It is a gunite inground and is starting to look pretty bad. Of course we would love a new deck too but probably not in the budget for this year.

    So, I am a couponing virgin! I began my coupon shopping last week and have quickly become addicted! I liked you on facebook because you came highly recommended by a friend. I have been teaching my husband all about coupon shopping and he has seen the incredible prices I am getting. Well, this morning he went shopping with me and he kept trying to buy things I didn’t have a coupon for. I told him, NO we are only buying things that we have a coupon for. Tonight during dinner, I had a great idea. I told him. Let’s build that chicken coop we have been meaning to build so we can get our own eggs. His response was, “Do YOU have a coupon for that?” I laughed because he sounded just like me at the grocery store! Well, if I get this Home Depot gift card, I can say, “Why, yes I do DARLING!” ;-)-

    Oh, where do the projects end! This spring we plan to tackle taking all of our shutters down and painting them. Plus replacing a lot of our wood exterior trim with vinyl.

    I sure need to work on my yard. We had a couple of bad freezes here in the Phoenix area. My trees and plants were hit really hard. Now it is time to replace some. And of course there are weeds to get rid of. Too bad the frost didn’t wipe them out!
