How did you get the other $10 catalina back? Did you buy another gift card?
Charlene says
Yes Sarah but I don’t count that toward my grocery budget ๐ Last time I got gas cards and this time we needed some fixtures for the bathroom anyway so I got a Target card.

What is Catalina?
Christine, D says
Oops, left my old email instead of new…what is Catalina? Thanks.
Veronica says
Where did you get the BOGO coupon for Target for the Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Cereal? Did you use a special zip code?
Charlene says
Christine please just click the link in the post and you can read about them.
Charlene says
Veronica- I posted this coupon several times last week. It is no longer available. You can still get a good deal:

Note on this blog if there is ever an occasion where one needs a zip code to find a coupon, I will provide it 100% of the time.
Anabel says
You might have mentioned this before but Target has a $1 coupon for Kellogg’s Crunchy cereal.
Charlene says
Yes Anabel I mentioned that so I might back and get more boxes with that coupon. I figured I’d pay $.25 a box and be happy with that ๐

I’ve been buying my milk lately at Rite Aid. 1 gallon of any milk (fat free, low fat, or whole milk) is $2.89. I ship at Rite Aid in San Jose, CA. It is Berkeley Farms brand which has a Real California Milk seal on the label. I also use $.55 coupon here
http://www.realcaliforniamilk.com/for-californians/coupons/
then the milk costs $2.34. In California, you are not allowed to use +Up reward to pay for the milk. But this is the cheapest milk I have been able to purchase. The coupons are good on any milk as long as they have the Real California Milk seal on it. I’ve also used the coupons on 16 oz block monterey jack Lucerne cheese at Safeway (store brand).

Your water bottle purchased prompted me to look at the ad and look at them in the store. =) My husband has been getting after me because I drink zero straight-plain water, just pepsi and coffee all day, and my “excuse” has been that my strawed water bottle is too noisy (true story – it makes this loud nasty sound when you drink from it). Anyways, I was like.. “If Charlene bought a couple I should take a look at them”. So I’m sitting at my desk right now.. with my new Rubbermaid water bottle ๐

Ha Jen! The truth of it is that I do Zumba 3 nights a week. The days I am terrible and skip lunch and go from coffee to soda (ahem..more often than not..) I feel it and I drag my butt through class. So I need a monster bottle to make sure I am getting enough water. then I have these stupid metal bottles and you have to sit and screw the stupid things during class which is a pain.. and then the kinds with the straw seem unsanitary when people are sweating like crazy and kicking around and who knows what. So a tremendous amount of effort went into the decision making process for those bottles ๐ I just hope they stand up to lots of dishwasher abuse!
