You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

    I ran into Safeway tonight to stock up on the Lipton Pyramid black tea teabags for 99 cents a box. They only had 6, but more coming in tonight. Such a savings from the regular price!! I plan on getting 12 so I’m half way there. That should last me through the summer. I drink hot tea all year long.

    In the weekly flyer that came in my Sun newspaper yesterday there was a $5 off ANY frozen food purchase of $15…so I used it and for some reason it doubled (to $10)…I had purchased 6 boxes of Eggo waffles ($15) and used (2) $2 off coupons from the above mentioned frozen food coupon book = $1 oop for all 6 boxes…I have NO idea why the $5 off coupon doubled but I took it! 🙂
