I just came across a $3 Afrin coupon in my 1/2 SS. I am in MI.

  2. Holly says

    01/29/2011 at 8:52 PM

Wow, there are a lot of deals going on. Also on the halls. Under the winter rewards section there is a .50 cents ad perk coupon which I didn’t see listed above. Thanks for all your work on this I am sure it took you a long time to go through it all!!

    Hi Charlene,
I noticed many people are talking about EDY’s ice cream are on sale for .99 after up reward but I can’t find this deal in my ad. I was wondering if this just happen in my area? I would love to get .99 ice cream for my kids. Please let me know if you know anything. Thank you 🙂

  4. Charlene says

    01/29/2011 at 11:09 PM

Liana, It is either Edy’s or Dreyer’s that is on sale depending on where you live. It was listed on the last page of the ad for me under Game Day deals with the Pringles and such. If you don’t see it, I think it is worth checking in the store. You might still have the sale.

  5. Lori says

    01/29/2011 at 11:48 PM

Two questions: do you know if we can do the healthy heart rebate more than once? And, where do you find All You, besides subscription? I have never seen it…

  6. Desiree says

    01/30/2011 at 12:12 AM

Can we use the $3.99/1 NY Style coupon? Did I miss something? Or did you not list it bc not everyone was able to print one? Thanks! Love your matchups.

  7. Charlene says

    01/30/2011 at 12:52 AM

Lori- I believe the Heart Health is a limit of 1. All You is only by subscription or you can go into a Walmart store.

Desiree- You should be able to use it. I don’t mention coupons that are no longer available because people get testy about that. I did mention this deal when I posted that coupon so I usually figure you guys will put it together without my reminder. 🙂

  8. Angie S says

    01/30/2011 at 9:32 AM

Is the Afrin a sale price? Mine was $7.49.

  9. Charlene says

    01/30/2011 at 10:50 AM

Angie- It was in the preview ad but listed under the picture of the Coricidin in small print.

Alison- the $5 off coupon from Smartsource.com seems to be for a different product so I didn’t include that one. The Heart one you can do in different transactions because it says that you will get $10 once you hit $30 and $20 once you hit $50 so I take that to mean you can accumulate toward that particular reward.

  10. Amy says

    01/30/2011 at 11:11 AM

Did anyone do the Lays Stackers deal?

  11. Holly says

    01/30/2011 at 12:32 PM

I went today and did the Lays Stackers deal. There was a tag at the store as well that said they were on sale for $1 and you get the $1 reward back. I bought 8 and didn’t have a problem.

  12. Ronni says

    01/30/2011 at 12:49 PM

@Amy….I received $1.00 +Up for every Lays Stax I purchased today.

  13. Melissa says

    01/30/2011 at 1:31 PM

Wow! This was my best Rite Aid trip ever. I got $123.41 worth of stuff for $6.42 OOP and then I got $65 back in UPs! We have the Edy’s deal here, although I’ve read it’s regional. The Lays Stax are $1 and printing a $1 UP reward so free after UP. There are Hartz dog biscuits on sale for $2.99 with a $1 UP reward printing for Hartz and another $1 UP printing for “pet treats” plus there’s a $2 coupon (I think–or was it $3?–I think it was $2) in the 1/9/11 SS that made those more than free. I was just giddy leaving the store!

  14. Desiree says

    01/30/2011 at 2:58 PM

Amy – I bought 6 Stackers this morning and they all produced a $1.00 Up+ Reward.

  15. Heather says

    01/30/2011 at 3:11 PM

    Amy,
I did the lays deal. I didn’t buy 15 but I bought some in combination with Chex and Dreyers and got back $1 UP for each Lays, a $1 UP for each Chex (both monthly UP rewards), $2 UP for each ice cream (weekly sale) and a $5 UP for spending $15 combined.

  16. Angela says

    01/30/2011 at 3:22 PM

I bought 4 Dixie plates and 5 Chex mix and my total was $16 something and used 4 $1 off on Dixie and 5 $1 off on Cex mix. My total was $7 something and I used $6 ups (that darn tax) and got back $10 in ups. I made money on the deal. Love how these deals come just in time for Superbowl.

  17. becky says

    01/30/2011 at 9:19 PM

to get the heart healthy reward must you purchase all the items in a single transaction?

  18. sheila says

    01/30/2011 at 9:52 PM

There is an adperk for Jify PB, $1/2 I think, also posted in another place, but the Dixie Plates are BOGO and there is a $3/2 ad perk, also if you have the JOF Safeway book there is a $1 off Dixie, but you’ll have to check the size and type to make sure the items match.

  19. Charlene says

    01/30/2011 at 10:02 PM

Becky I believe the Heart Health you do not need to buy at one time.

  20. Cali says

    01/31/2011 at 1:09 AM

Dixie is part of the buy $15 get $5 + up reward. They’re on sale bogo and there’s a $3/2 ad perk. Plus there’s a $1/1 in the Joy of Football coupon book!!

2 Dixie plates buy one get one free for $3.99
    – $3/2 dixie adperk
    – (2) $1/1 Dixie from the Joy of Football book
= $1 moneymaker! Plus it counts towards the $15 +up reward!

    This is what I did:
    6 Chex Mix 2/$3 = $9
    2 Dixie Plates bogo $3.99
    3 Lays Stax = $3
    total $15.99
Used (6) $1/1 chex from joy of football book
    $3/2 adperk dixie
    (2) $1/1 dixie from joy of football book
    Total $4.99
received $6 +up for chex and $5 +up for game promo

  21. krystle says

    01/31/2011 at 6:02 AM

For the buy $15 food get back and extra $5 UP is that BEFORE coupons?..I was thinking this..

    Buy 4 Lays Stax
    Pay $4
    Get back 4/$1 Up
    +
    2 Chex Mix 1.50 each =3.00
    -.500/1 RA Coupon
    -.50/2 manuf
    Pay $2
    Get back 2/$1 UP
    4 Pringles $1.50 each = 6.00
    -2 1/2 manuf
    Pay $4
    1 Edy Ice Cream
    Pay 2.99
    Get back $2 Up

    =BEFORE coupons should be $15.99
After couons OOP would be 12.99
    Get back total of
    -$4 Lays UP
    -$2 Chex Mix UP
    -$2 Ice cream UP
-$5 UP for Food total of $15
TOTAL OF $13 up..so all would be FREE?!?!

    Is my Math right?

  22. Bee says

    01/31/2011 at 1:29 PM

Can someone explain the UP thing to me? I must be dense, but it’s just not computing. Will I receive the discount at the time, or is it some rewards program that I benefit from later? What I mean is, in your option here:
    {Deal idea}
    Buy 3 Edy’s Ice Cream at $2.99
Buy 5 NY Style Bagel Chips at $1.50
Use (5) .75/1 NY Style coupons
Pay $12.72 and get $5 +Up and get $6 +Up for Edy’s- like paying $1.72 for all items

Would I literally be paying $1.72 at the time, or $12.72? Also, can I use the NY Style coupon five times for each of the five bags of chips, or will Rite-Aid balk at that?

Thanks for helping me understand this!

  23. Charlene says

    01/31/2011 at 2:08 PM

Bee it is a little misleading how we write these deals actually but it is the easiest way to explain. So you have to think of all these programs as monopoly money and the goal is to keep using your monopoly money and getting more to use for your next purchase then using that for your next and getting more etc.. Etc… In that scenario you will pay $12.72 out of your pocket and then you get a bunch of monopoly money back. Typically you can use more than one like coupon in the same transaction, that NY coupon is a little different because it is a PDF. It should be fine but maybe have a plan b just in case you get a stinky cashier.

  24. Bee says

    01/31/2011 at 3:40 PM

Thank you so much for explaining!

  25. Jenny says

    02/01/2011 at 8:54 AM

Hi everybody. I just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem with the NY bagel chips coupon .75/1 printable scanning at riteaid? I had four and none of them would scan- the cashier called the assistant manager and then he called the manager over and they all three checked out my coupons. I felt like a criminal! They didn’t come right out and accuse me of coupon fraud but there were some serious looks and sideways glances! So they said they couldn’t take any coupons that don’t scan and to contact NY Bagel Chips about the faulty coupon. Geez…….

  26. Charlene says

    02/01/2011 at 9:30 AM

Jenny- I usually make notes that pdf coupons can be an issue. So I can’t always post every detail or my lists will start to look like War and Peace- but keep in mind for the future that a pdf coupon can cause problems. I used this coupon myself about a week ago and it was fine. One thing that I like is having an iPhone because I can pull up the manufacturer web site and the coupon is listed right there. If you have a smart phone that is certainly an option as well.

  27. Julianne says

    02/01/2011 at 11:14 AM

I had a great haul yesterday even with some items being wiped out. I spent $1.59 OOP and got back $20 in +Ups.
    🙂

    02/01/2011 at 3:45 PM

Does anyone know if the Pringles print a $1+Up?

  29. Charlene says

    02/01/2011 at 3:52 PM

Trisha I think the Pringles were last month.

  30. Trisha Kuster says

    02/01/2011 at 3:54 PM

Drat, I was hoping they might be this month as well….with the $1/2 coupon, they would still be worth it. 🙂 Oh well.
