I just wanted to highlight this Groupon for my local readers in the Sacramento area. You can get a voucher for $30 in fresh farm produce delivered to your doorstep from Farm Fresh to You for $15.
You get the first delivery for free with your voucher and then you can either cancel the service or you can continue with it. This is to a limited delivery area- but if you are within the service area I think this is an awesome deal.
You can create an account and you can enter in the types of things that you like or don’t like. Then you just set a date for delivery and there will be a box waiting for you. I did this service not too long ago and I thought it was really cool. I got all sorts of things that I wouldn’t otherwise have purchased and usually my boxes were waiting on the step when I woke up. The produce is all organic.
There is a limit of 1 and you have until August to use it!
To get this offer just log in or register for Groupon. Then head over here to buy your voucher!

I got a trial box a couple months ago. I really loved the idea of getting fresh organic produce, but I couldn’t use all of it in the short amount of time before it goes bad. I ended up sharing it with family and my co-workers, so not really a money saver. I was so hoping that I would love it! This groupon sounds like a good deal. I think my box was $25.00.
Yup I think you are right Nicole. That was my experience. I think this $15 deal is awesome though and totally worth it but once you hit $25 or $30 you have to really think about it.
I bought the Groupon when it was available for San Francisco. I liked it, especially the price. I decided to go with every 4 weeks delivery because it is pricey but I like the concept and the convenience. We eat lots of fresh produce. I got a butternut squash in my first box and I made puree from it and I still have some in the freezer.
I bought this yesterday! We used Farm Fresh To You in the past. I got the $30 box and requested every other week because things were piling up every week! I did find that we got our delivery later in the day, so I was finding smooshed produce on the bottom. I cancelled and found a local farm that offered boxes (at better prices too). I found them through this link (hope thats okay!) http://www.localharvest.org/csa/
