I have heard of clearance sales on these guys at a few stores like Kroger but if you aren’t interested in running all around this is an excellent deal.
Also every time I post a Pillow Pets sale I hear that you can buy them at Bed Bath and Beyond with coupons. I would really suggest calling any store in advance to be sure they have inventory before you head out. You can probably buy one for about $15-16 at Bed, Bath and Beyond depending on what coupon you have.
