This is the newest model- a 3rd generation- and shipping is free. 45 states are not charged sales tax- so it should be $99 out the door for most.
You can also get the Flip 8GB MinoHD camera in brushed metal for $129. This is for the 2nd generation but it has 2 hours of recording time. Shipping should also be free and no tax to 45 states.
