Maybe you can print up your own cute little labels and put them in cases. I see free DVD cases all the time on Craigslist, or you can get CD cases at Staples (I bought 50 for $10). You can personailize it since you’re printing it anyway. Or just give it as a group gift, like “The Jones Kids” gift from your kids. Good luck!

My kids LOVE Veggie Tales – we just went to see Silly Songs Live a few weeks ago at a church out of town and my middle son keeps asking when we’re going back to Bob & Larry’s church, ha! This will make an amazing Christmas gift!! (Now just trying to decide whether to give them all at once or try to split them up, like you mentioned above…)
I ordered it over 4 hours ago and haven’t received my e-mail confirmation. That makes me a little nervous…has anyone received it? I did a print screen of the confirmation page just in case, but I will be so sad if my order doesn’t get processed for some reason.

Juanita I am confused? You did find the DVDs at $39.99? Did you follow the directions in the post to get the price down to $29.99? The $39 set is exactly the right one and then just follow the steps to activate the discount.
If you can’t find the DVD set at all that means it is now sold out.

Darn! I didn’t but I was really excited about this one. Why didn’t they update the page if they were out of stock? I was a little concerned the sale ran so long- what a bummer.
I got a shipping notification THEN an hour later got the order cancelled email! What?! I’m confused – emailed their customer service since I noticed they still had it listed in stock DAYS after my order 🙁

Well after getting the first email about being unable to fill the order and not charging my credit card, I got an email today saying my item has shipped and it includes a tracking number! My credit card still has not been charged, so I guess I won’t know for sure til it’s charged or it shows up at my door.
I called my local Family Christian and explained to them what happened. I took in a printout of my order, and they honored it even though the item was not on sale in the store. I happened to have a hard copy 25% off coupon for reg and sale items, so they even took that too! Bonus! So happy they came through for me after my order got cancelled! $28.08 total w/ tax… woo hoo!
Wow what a clever idea heather! I heard some people got cancellation notes and then tracking numbers a few days later so make sure you watch for that just in case.
As I mentioned above, I got a tracking number THEN a cancellation email – which I thought was strange! I emailed them TWICE to inquire about what was going on… should I look for the item to be coming? Would they be charging my card? Is it indeed cancelled, as the second email stated? What is up? I never heard anything but today it arrived at my door! I am thrilled – surprised! – but thrilled! Haha!
