Heather says
I just got back from our local Wal-Mart and found some Snuggies marked down from $15 to $10…so with that $5 coupon that makes them $5 each! They had some regular ones AND college ones (U of I for us here in the central Illinois).
sarah says
I went in to CVS today and the coupon kiosk was awesome! I got the $5.00 off a $5.00 Halloween purchase, and TWO $5.00 off a $20.00 purchase!!! It made my day! Yay. I had to use the Halloween coupon today and bought two cute spiders (that I place above my framed pictures on the my walls), and a candy bowl…I ended up paying .99 for all 3!
Lydia says
I just printed coupons for $2 off any box of Quaker Instant Oatmeal via a link on Mercede’s Common Sense With Money website, making the oatmeal deal at CVS a $1 moneymaker!
Charlene says
Lydia I was just typing that up 🙂 It is actually from Jenny.
Leah says
In my newspaper, I think in the P&G, there was a coupon for $5.00 off two simply ageless products(Covergirl). The CVS ad has $6ECB when you buy 2 of them. That’s $11 off! I don’t know how much they are, but this seems like it could be a good deal.
Charlene says
Leah- I saw that deal but the Ageless is typically priced at $11-13. I think this could be a good deal if you get a $4/20 coupon as well.
Leah says
Eh, only a good deal if you were gonna buy it anyway then. Darn.
Sarah H says
I got the coupon for $5 off the Entertainment book today and it said it’s sold at CVS. I haven’t purchased it before but seem to remember there being grocery store coupons. What are your thoughts? Is it worth $30 after the $5 off coupon?
Charlene says
Sarah- a reader sent me a nice deal on these and I still have to work through it all. I will post it soon 🙂
Shana says
I did the “Spend $25 on P&G products, Get $10 ECB” deal listed below:
Buy 2 Charmin at $9.99
Buy 1 Bounty 8pk at $6.99
Subtotal: $26.97
Get $10 ECB back
Use (3) .25 coupons
Final Price: $16.22 (I also used a $4 off $20)
*At the bottom of my reciept it says:
P&G, Spend 25 get 10 EB
amount towards this reward 24.75
amount needed to earn reward 24.75
The AD said limit 1, but does this mean I can do the same scenario again?
Charlene says
Shana- does it say offer limit reached on your receipt?
Shana says
No, it sure doesn’t say limit offer reached, and what’s so weird about it is the $24.75. I can’t determine where that $ amount came from. I think my game plan for the day is to go to CVS and try the purchasing the exact scenario again and see what happens. I’ll let you know the out come! 🙂
Shana says
Sorry- I forgot to mention…I did receive the $10 ECB with the first purchase.
Charlene says
Yeah Shana because I am not sure. The receipt should say offer limit reached if there is a limit of 1.
Mary Orton says
If we did the P&G deal last week, can we also do the one this week? I know my receipt said limit reached last week, but am hoping that this week we can do it again. Anyone know the answer? Thanks!
