Well little old MFA is getting a bit of a facelift today. I have been working on a bit of a site redesign for awhile and you should see an all new look as of Saturday morning. HOPEFULLY the transition will be seamless- I will be hiding at Zumba trying not to panic.
The goal of the redesign is not just to look a little prettier- but to transition to a new WordPress theme that will allow me to add a bunch of new features to MFA!
So don’t panic if things look a little different or look a little wonky. My goal is to clean things up and make My Frugal Adventures much easier to navigate!

I contacted you a couple of months ago about this, but I will ask again, in light of your “make-over” of MFA. Will you be re-adding you archive feature? I have really missed it since it went away. Thanks.
Mike- I got three or four requests for that so I do have it on the list. This is an ongoing project so it will probably be at least a week before I have everything sorted out. I think I will be able to get that back though!
Hi Charlene –
The updates look great! Thanks for all your hard work.
Hi Charlene,
The site looks good and I am able to navigate it easily, but I have a few suggestions:
– Can you change the font and the size, so that it looks a little more elongated. The one you had on earlier looked really good.
– In the Tags section, can they be ordered to be in the same size and lined up one after the other? It’s a little confusing the way it is. Can it also be named something else other than Tags? Someone not familiar with HTML would not know what it is.
But the site is pretty fast and it looks good. I am able to go back and forth which was not easy with the older one.

I think it looks fantastic, Charlene, although I liked the old MFA fine, too!
Looking good! I would love if you would add a “locals” section so that readers who live near your area can take advantage of insider deals and tips, i.e., which Safeway locations have coupon books in stock, etc.
Thanks for your hard work! With your help I am saving so much time and money. 🙂
