I got an email from Toys R us with some great deals this week!
They have Hasbro games on sale for $4.98-99.99 (I assume that should say $9.99). You can get some great deals with the $4/1 printables here and here.
The prices aren’t listed in the ad for each game, but for sure you can get Monopoly for $3.99 after coupon!
*If Toys R Us is inconvenient to you, or they don’t take coupon, you can also take the ad to Walmart or Target for a price match on the Monopoly!
Leapfrog items are priced- Buy 2 Get 1 Free. The projected price for Tag books is $13.99.
So you can buy 2 books at $13.99
Get 1 Free
Use $5/25 Toys R Us coupon
and Use (2) $4/1 printables
Final Price: $14.98 for 3 books or $4.99 each
Now some Toys R Us stores are very difficult about using coupons- so this is just one idea. Some stores might not allow you to stack the coupons.
You might also consider putting your deposit down on the Tinker Bell movie as well- if you decide to check this out!
PS: There is a chance you can use an extra $4 off coupon on the book that is free. I suppose it is worth a shot but I have a feeling many cashiers might not allow it…

Target has board games at a good price right now too. My store didn’t have 75% off school supplies though. Eugene, OR
I get the USA Weekend in my local weekend paper and they had the $4/1 coupon as well.
My store let me use 3 of the 4 dollar off tag coupons – so they let me use one on the free one. YAY!
I wasn’t sure about that. Glad to know it worked for you Sarah.
I was able to use the 3 of the $4 coupons on the board games, I picked up a couple extra items and used the $5/$25 also. No problems at all. Plus I had a $25 gift card from buying my son a video game last week, so I am LOVING TRU right now! Novi, MI TRU is amazingly coupon friendly and vey nice staff, too!
I grabbed Hasbro games that were on clearance, and they still come up b2g1f at the register–and they took 2 of the USA weekend coupons to go along with the deal! If I didn’t find games that were marked down, I would have probably gone to Target for their deal, it would have been just as sweet or sweeter with their sale prices combined with the coupons.
I also wanted Tag Jr books, so I went to Target and they price matched the TRU ad and allowed 3 LF $4 coupons! So I got $33 in Tag Books for $10! Then I went to TRU for the regular Tag books, as they have a much larger selection than Target. My Walmart won’t price match on “BOGO/B1G1” sales, just dollar amount/percentage ones. Target adjusted the price of the 3 to reflect the $10.99 free book as opposed to the receipt actually saying $0.00 for one. Hope this helps!
Now I just need the Tag and Tag Jr. systems before Christmas…….
Tara you will have to take a picture for us because my head is spinning 😛 Target usually says no to Buy One Get One Free type price matches- you got lucky!
