I have a fun giveaway to help you enjoy the last few weeks of Summer BBQs. I have a grilling kit for one reader courtesy of I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter.

I actually received one of these kits and I can tell you it is extremely nice in person and would make a great gift!

I attended an event at a conference recently where I Can’t Believe Its Not Butter had a corn on the cob bar. They served grilled corn on the cob and had a variety of toppings to choose from to customize your corn. We actually copied the idea for my daughter’s birthday and it was a fun way to get the kiddos excited about eating vegetables!  You can find about a million recipes for I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter on the web site here– I thought the Grilled Garlic Bread sounded delicious.
