I have a Flip Camera and I can tell you they are incredibly easy to use. It is really just point and shoot. You can then just connect it to your computer and download the videos.
Flip offers all sorts of accessories- including a little tripod and even a case to take it underwater! You can purchase the camera in black or white and the video quality on the Ultra HD is pretty impressive.
The Flip is extremely lightweight and will fit right into your pocket.
