Are you ready to fill those cupboards with some healthier options for lunches this year?

Well Kind Bars have generously offered one My Frugal Adventures reader $100 in Kind Bars!  If you aren’t familiar with the bars, they are a much healthier alternative to other snack bars.

They are packed with ingredients you can actually pronounce like dried fruit and nuts.  These are dense bars so they will definitely fill you up without all the junk you normally find in snack foods.

And on August 14th Kind will be participating in the Great Kindness Challenge.  They are encouraging people to participate in as many random acts of kindness as possible that day.  They are hoping to have over one million children worldwide participate in this event.  You can read more about the Kindness Challenge right over here– and remember you can be kind to yourself as well as others!  Personally I plan to actually go to bed early that night.  I can’t think of anything nicer to do for myself.  (Well maybe a new car- but a good night’s sleep is up there.)

    I like to buy the person’s food behind me in the drive-thru line at fast food restaurants. Someone did it for me one time and it totally inspired me to do the same for others. Its a great feeling.
