You can order 12 cards and then use promo code: PICKONE at checkout.
Now Shutterfly can be a little finicky so I would test the code on your account before you spend ages designing cards just to be safe. You should be able to get 12 for free and then shipping will vary from $2.49-5.99.

Did this today, worked fine for my account. I did 8 different cards (ordered 4 copies of one of the styles). Paid 5.99 for 12 personalized cards, what a great deal!
