I noticed if you do self check out and ask the check out person to help you and tell you what is going on, they fix it. they did it for my activia coupon. my flower coupon comes off though…

Safeway e-coupons are terrible! On the rare occasion they do come off you can’t easily tell. But usually they just don’t work for me. Contacting customer service has not been satisfactory for me either.
Just another Safeway coupon comment that a cashier shared with me today, make sure to watch your in-ad coupons if you buy more than one of an item. I thought previously that it would automatically deduct for 2 or more, but the gal said that they have to do it manually now. And understandably, if you buy more than a handful of things, she said it’s impossible to remember how many of each item you had.

I have yet to have a Safeway coupon come off. My husband asked one of the cashiers about this. She said they have been instructed that if someone comes in with a printout of what is on their card, they will manually adjust the price. Have not had the opportunity to test this yet. Still, the point of the ecoupons is to not have to do this!

I feel ya, I can’t count on the e-coupons to work right. It’s a NICE surprise when I check my receipt and find it worked. It’s like Christmas when it works. :o)

I’ve bought a rotisserie chicken & artisan bread twice now, trying to use my e-coupons for both of them, and neither time has it came off. And no response from Tom Thumb 🙁
