Here is the meal plan for the week. We are still in the midst of renovations and moving so things are a tiny hectic. I probably won’t be back in track for a few more weeks until we are actually settled in the new house. So in the meantime- here is the fly by the seat of my pants plan:
MONDAY: BLT sandwiches with tomato and mozzarella salad
TUESDAY: Sun dried Tomato Burgers and Corn on the Cob with feta cheese (this is the last hurrah with corn for me- I am getting braces next week!)
(This sounds nasty but is actually good! I have veggie or beef burgers with a feta cheese spread on a toasted bun, then put sun dried tomatoes on top of the burger. Yummy!)
WEDNESDAY: Baked Herb Eggs, Toast, Green Salad
THURSDAY: Grilled Chicken and roasted red potatoes
FRIDAY: Cantaloupe Soup with French Bread
SATURDAY: Take out
SUNDAY: Chicken Mushroom Quesadillas

Sunday – Rigatoni & Green Salad & zucchini (Mom brought me some from her garden)
Monday – Round steak, mashed potatoes & green beans
Tuesday – Pork roast, beans & spanish rice
Wednesday – Spaghetti & meatballs
Thursday – Southwestern Chicken Black Bean Salad
Friday – porks chops, peas, green salad
Saturday – Chicken Alfredo w/rotini & broccoli

omg, you are getting braces! i’m 32 and just got mine taken off after having them on for 15 months… sooooooo worth the annoyance!! good luck!
