There are no strings attached and you can either go right into your account and cancel right away OR you can keep it and decide how often you want automatic shipment and you will lock in the savings.
Now I did the math and this is actually a great deal. For example the Huggies Snug and Dry big box of 156 diapers (I used size 3) is priced at $24.18 with the discount. That works out to .15 per diaper. The jumbo packs of Snug and Dry have 36 ct so that is like paying $5.50 per jumbo pack.
You can probably get a slightly better price by really watching the drugstores- but if you don’t have the time or inclination- this is a great price to stock up.

I got 128 count Pampers in a size 6 for $28 + tax–this is about what I pay for Target’s Up & Up brand so not a bad deal at all for a premium diaper.
