I believe the coupon might depend on your survey answers as some people aren’t getting the coupons. You might consider that before you fill out all the information.

No longer accepting new registrations…
They told me there no longer accepting new members!! BOO
I took the survey, even though it told me it wasn’t accepting new members, and at the end of the survey I got $1 off of 4 Smart Ones. My mom likes these so I’ll give it to her, $1 on 4 isn’t great, but better than no coupon at all! 🙂
