Its an unadvertised deal. And I just went today to do this and as usual for my Safeway, only a very few limited varieties were available for the $1.79 price. Most were $2.29 and some were $3.29 when you buy 3. 🙁
I didn’t have any problems with the first ecoupons (starbucks and B&J) For some reason this ecoupon (the reset) isn’t coming off. The gal at customer service was nice enough to give me my $2 though, even though Safeway isn’t responsible for ecoupons. And it still shows on my Shortcuts account, so I might try again later. Hmmmm?
Kim you can also just click on customer service on your shortcuts page and request that they look into the ecoupons. They will credit you somehow if they don’t come off.

I had the same problem as Kim. The first time is worked, the second time (after the reset) it didn’t. I didn’t notice until I got home. I have submitted the problem on the shortcuts.com site and hopefully they will resolve it.
