It seems collective buying is the hot new trend and I have a few different sites you might be interested in, starting with Living Social.
This site offers daily deals sent to your inbox when you register HERE. These are specific to your city and are typically for things like local hair salons, dry cleaning services, entertainment (like a local museum or zoo) or restaurants- they offer huge discounts on a particular item for one day only.
So for example a local pizza place might offer a $40 gift card for $20, or a dry cleaner might offer $20 in cleaning services for $10.
I really like this idea because it can save you quite a bit on things you might not have otherwise found a great deal on. Plus it is customized to your city!
Living Social is not available in every city- they should be coming to Sacramento very soon. They only have about 20 cities that are live so far- but I went ahead and entered my email to be notified when my city is added.
Thanks Coupon Cravings!

Groupon is another site just like Living Social. I’ve ordered from Groupon and have had good success. My husband got his dad roof top tix to a Cubs game for 1/2 price!
