boudreauxs

I have been a fan of Boudreaux’s products for a long time so I was very excited when they offered to sponsor a giveaway for one MFA reader.  I have been hooked on Boudreaux’s Butt Paste for a few years. I have to say it is the most effective product I have found for diaper rash and the happy little yellow tubes just make me smile in an otherwise unpleasant situation.

Boudreauxs 2

The winner was comment #90- Farrah!

We actually use several of the Boudreaux’s products- the Butt Paste has been a staple for awhile:

  • Boudreaux’s Baby Butt Smooth Ointment.  We use other brands of petroleum based lotions for dry skin on our baby and this seems to work just as well for about 1/3 of the price.
  • Baby Kisses lip balm– I just bought this and it is nice- it goes on glossy and dries in just a second.  This would be great for those in cold climates as you can also rub it on dry cheeks.
  • Simply Saline Nasal Relief. We just started using this in conjunction with a humidifier.  This has helped a lot when the girls are congested and fortunately Maya thinks it is hysterical when we squirt it in her nose.
  • We received a sample of the diaper rash protector from Boudreaux’s. It is a spray that you can use to try and prevent rash in the first place.  This sprayed on easily and had a little odor but it didn’t seem to bother our girls.  We have been using this for long car trips and just before bedtime.
  • Finally they have a new All Natural Butt Paste for green mommies.  We used this a few times and I found it to work just as well as the regular Butt Paste.

So they have several other products you can check out at Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. Don’t forget the great $2/1 coupon in the 4/11 SS- that will make the majority of these items under $3. You can request a sample of the Butt Paste HERE but you will have to pay for shipping charges.

rash protector

If you want to try these as well I have 3 products for one MFA reader.  You get to try the regular Butt Paste, the new All Natural Butt Paste and the Rash Protector spray courtesy of Boudreaux’s!

To enter to win just leave a comment and let me know if you have tried these products in the past and what you think of them!  If you haven’t tried them not to worry- just leave a comment and let me know which product you would most like to try!

This giveaway will run until tomorrow at 5pm PST. GOOD LUCK!

Disclosure:

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. All opinions are 100% mine.

I received samples of 3 products and the other items mentioned I purchased myself.

I’ve never tried this product, but am interested since I see so many people raving about it. I’d like to try either of the butt pastes. My boys don’t get rashes very often so I feel like the protector would not be well used. I do like to have some kind of ointment on hand for when they do have rashes, though. Thanks for considering!

We used the butt paste on my son and it worked better than any other cream.

I have to say, I used to love Desitin because it worked so well with my first. My second got really bad diaper rash and Desitin did NOTHING for it. The butt paste was the ONLY thing that work and I would buy the TUBS of it…16 bucks of pure greatness!! We love that stuff and would take that smell 100 times over Desitin!

I haven’t tried any products yet. I would love to try butt paste. My youngest son is so sensitive. This maybe the solution!!

So before I had a baby, I got the biggest kick out of the name butt paste….who wouldn’t. Then, I tried it and hands down has to be the best stuff for my little one’s rump. I am eager to try the Baby Kisses Lip Balm, because I am sure it would do wonders on my little one’s dry rosy cheeks.

I have a six month old and I love the butt paste. I use it daily and my son has never had a diaper rash.

I’ve been loyal to desitin, but it’s expensive, so I’d love to try something new.

I am a huge fan of Boudreaux’s paste because of the great smell and the fact that it works. I am dying to get my hand’s on the rash spray because everytime I slather up my baby’s bottom, I think of how much easier my life would be if I could just spray it!

  10. Maree says

I have never tried this product but with a new grandbaby due in a couple of weeks I would love to try the diaper rash relief or ointment.

Hi! I love butt paste! I use it on my son all the time. I also love that it doesn’t smell as weird as Desitin and other diaper rash creams. I would love to be able to try these other Bourdeaux products!

These would be great! I’ve got a newborn tush on my hands that would love more buttpaste! I originally bought it for the name, but it’s pretty good stuff.

I’ve not tried Bordeaux, but we just got custody of my 17 month-old neice who has a NASTY rash that we can’t get rid of! Maybe this is the answer.

  22. Jess says

    04/19/2010 at 6:50 PM

The butt paste is wonderful! I recommend it to everyone and even our pediatrician was happy to hear we were using it!

I would love to try the rash protector spray. Our daughter is teething which in turn is causing a bright red rash. I wonder how it works!

  23. Alyson G says

  25. Megan says

    04/19/2010 at 7:12 PM

We use the butt paste, or butt butter as my husband calls it. I am impossibly lucky, and my son has really never had diaper rash, just occasional redness once he started eating solids. Not sure if that’s thanks to the butt butter, but it definitely could be!

  26. Stephanie says

    04/19/2010 at 7:16 PM

Haven’t tried these products, but would LOVE something that would actually help my son’s diaper rash! 🙂

  27. Kelly S says

    04/19/2010 at 7:20 PM

I have never tried the butt paste but would be interested. We were fortunate to not have many diaper rashes when our little girl was a baby.

I love the butt paste! its the only thing that has ever worked on my 2 year old son! He was born early and has a bowl problem so diaper rash is a constant battle!

We use the butt paste, but would love to try the other products. I agree life would be 100 times easier if I could spray the rash cream on!

I haven’t tried any of these products. I’m especially interested in the spray – I like the idea of a quick spray and you’re done.

I have not tried any of these products but would like to try the rash protector spray. My 2 year old has pretty sensitive skin and I think it would be good to put on her before bed and when we’re going to be in the car for a while.

Butt Paste was the best diaper ointment for my babies sensitive skin and ever since they came out with the all natural that is all I have been buying! I love it!

  38. Lynn L says

  40. Sonia Koehler says

    04/19/2010 at 8:47 PM

I love love love this stuff it is the only diaper rash ointment I have used and still continue to use on my 2 yr old little boy…I have tried a couple of the other items and like those as well but the buttpaste so far is my FAV!!!

  41. Carlie says

    04/19/2010 at 9:00 PM

I like the butt paste, it also makes me smile when I use it. It like how it is smooth without being sticky and cakey. I am interested in trying the other products. I would be inclined to buy them myself. My son had such rare cases of diaper rash that I haven’t needed to buy any more butt paste! So I would go for the lip balm, because I am addicted to good lip balm…

I have a 2 month old daughter (my first baby) yet I haven’t tried the boudreaux products just yet.

The Simply Saline Nasal Relief looks the most interesting to me since my little one has been congested lately. 🙁

We just had our first baby in Dec and have used the Baby Kisses since he was born. We live in IN and with our cold snowy winter he had really dry lips after he was born and came home. It works like a charm! My Mom has told me wonderful things about the Butt Paste, but we have not tried it yet.

I would most like to try the preventative spray. My little one moves so much, if she does get a rash it’s horrible to get cream on her… lets just say it gets just about everywhere except where I’m trying to get it! So, the spray would be fast and easy, and also help prevent rash!

  48. Laura says

    04/20/2010 at 1:19 AM

I would love to try these products. Lots of moms i know use this but i have not had the chance.

I’ve tried the ButtPaste and the Baby Kisses. Love ’em both.

I have always used Desitin for diaper rash and it has worked for us! I’m most interested in trying the saline spray, since my 3 year old seems to be developing some allergy issues. How can you help it here in STL where everything is yellow with pollen right now!?
