I already did this but the code was SLUMBER and it gave me $20 off an $18 item that had free shipping so it showed the total as $0. Now we’ll just see if the orders get cancelled!
I think the code is actually “SLUMBER”. I used it on an adorable messenger style bag, which made it completely free and I only need to pay $5.95 shipping!!!

IT took forever but I finally placed my order! 3 organic shower gels and a tote bag. I paid shipping and thats it. Since you first posted this the website has adjusted the coupon. It is only good at the Company sotre not the childrens site and it doesn’t work on clearance items. Still a great deal though. I plan to use as a teacher gift!

I got 2 clearanced boys shirts for free and paid $5.95 shipping about an hour ago. The code worked for me. My order confirmation (sent to my email address) showed I was charged just for shipping. This is the first time I have bought from them. I hope I get my shirts!

I read on another site that if you used the code more than once, it will show up on your card for the full amount on the extra orders (regardless of whether it said the $20 was deducted on the final screen.) I only used it once, but I know a lot of people used it more. also that if you ordered a backordered item, there will be multiple shipments that you’ll pay 5.95 for each, according to the email. Looks like the are going to honor it! still a good deal in my mind, but it might make some cancel their orders. Check your bank statements!

I used the code last evening around midnight and ordered a $16 shirt that included free shipping. They still wanted my credit card info, but the total of the order said $0.00. I hope its not just a clever way to get our credit card information…and I hope I get the shirt!

So…it’s been a couple of days and I hadn’t heard anything from The Company Store so I decided to track my order. I went to the order page and under “status” it said “customer cancelled.” I most certainly did not cancel! I can sort of see why they would void these orders since I doubt they wanted to be giving out free stuff in the first place, but I thought it was weird that they didn’t send me an email or anything. So it looks like I won’t be receiving my shirt. Oh well. Was wondering what other peoples’ experiences have been with these Company Store orders…
I got an email saying my order was shipped!!! I ordered the. Swimsuit cover up and it was completely free. I’m so excited it didn’t get canceled!!!!

Okay ladies. This all seemed to work for me, but today I got an email saying my order has been shipped. The problem is, they adjusted my total and went ahead and charged my card for the higher amount. I’m not sure the logistics of how they came to the new total, but it was more like BOGO Free. I just emailed them back. This was a more than a $10 difference in my oder.
Checked my order status today and it shows as cancelled! Too bad 🙁
I guess I got lucky. I got my order in the mail today. I had ordered a boys swimsuit regularly priced $26 and I got it for $6! It’s going to be perfect this summer at Hawaiian Falls. I also checked my bank account and I was only charged the $6.
YEAH!! No there were tons of people that got their orders! I am waiting to see what happens with mine before I post anything but I asked on facebook today and I think the orders are already going through for people. So glad!
I got my order, but they charged me $10 more than my email confirmation said. I called and they would not adjust the price. They said the code was invalid. I said that I would not have purchased it at the higher price. They said to refuse the package (write refused on it and take it to the post office) and I would be given a full refund. If you just return it, they will charge you 6.95, so don’t do that!
It’s still a decent deal, but I want to punish them for not honoring a the code that they confirmed worked when I checked out, so I’ll be returning it. Grrrrr.
Frustrating. I am so sorry Madeline. What terrible, terrible customer service.
