No you can buy them separately but just keep in mind your store might sell out and getting a raincheck can be quite a pain.

My store did not have them at BIGI 50%, but they were still free to me. I bought four at regular price, had 4 $1 coupons, paid $9.96 and will get $10 back. Can’t complain about that!
