I want to use my swagbucks to get $5 gcs for amazon, but have never done it. Is there somewhere on the website that explains the process or do I just head to the store and buy them and learn as I go? I also hear about people actually getting the cards in the mail and some put them in an account???? I’m pretty confused and have not tried to buy a gc yet because I’m scared of screwing it up. Can anyone help me?
Holly you just go and buy them from the store. Be careful to select the black ones that are for the US- the yellowish ones say Canada. Some of them are mailed- like Starbucks. All of the others are online- Target, Lowes, Amazon. So what happens it is takes about 2 weeks to credit- they post them 2x a month. They will send you an email and you log into your account and there is a little gift card image and under it a code. You cut and paste the code into Amazon and that amount gets credited to your account. If you have $5 and you buy something for $6 than you pay $1. If you buy something for $3 than the $2 just stays in your account until you buy something else later.
Oh and go ahead and order it and then they send an email confirmation. Just click on the confirmation link and that’s it!! Very simple.
