I got my order from Vista! I was really surprised but I only paid $4.72 for all three items including shipping.
I got a little notepad that was free. You can get one that has a monogram and this would be nice for a teacher.
I ordered a coffee mug that says “Mama needs a nap.” (That happens to be my motto most days and I got it as a gift for a friend that is a new mom.)
I got another tote bag- I am using these to organize the house. This one says “Donations” and my husband put it on a hook right in the garage. When I come home with items I got free or cheap I can just toss them in the bag. Then I will drop it off at a shelter or church once it gets full.
I had another idea to make one for inside our pantry. I am going to mount it inside the door and it will hold stray recipes I tear from magazines or maybe little pouches of seasonings. Something like this:
I got the idea for this from Real Simple magazine. They had a tote in the laundry room labeled “Dry Cleaning” so I think there are a number of ways to make these bags work. I love having them customized with what they are for so I can pretend for a few minutes that I am organized.
You can still score some of these great freebies right HERE. Let me know what ideas you come up with!

I have one hanging in my pantry for Marshmallows…..I find the bags impossible to stack, so I started using a bag. No more slippery bags of marshmallows sliding onto the floor for the kids or dog to get into. It works great!

“so I can pretend for a few minutes that I am organized” – This is why I love your blog! (No pretending you’re perfect!)

I was able to get a mug, a pen, and a magnet buy my shipping was $6. The tote bag wasn’t available to me, maybe if I make an account under my husband’s email?

Melissa did you use that link? I double checked before posting and the tote was still there.

I’ve created two accounts on Vistaprint and I’m using the freebies as wedding gifts to two family members getting married this spring and Father’s Day gifts. So far I’ve scored 2 notepads, 2 sticky notes, 2 mouse pads, 2 t-shirts, 4 tote bags, 2 mugs (all for brides), and 2 t-shirts (borrowed your idea). My total is $26 for everything and only paid for shipping!

Yeah! What good ideas!

I did one for teacher appreciation. i put her name “Amber” and then the bible verse Ephesians 1:16, I have not stopped giving thanks for you remembering you in my prayers. It came out really nice, a little light, but nice. The design you chose looks very vibrant.
