I am a member of vocal point and got the email to click on to get this pantene but it has been over an hour of trying. I finally got to the pantene webpage and when I click any of the frames, it keeps saying service unavailable. I guess the site is overloaded. I’ll bet by the time all can get in, they will be out of samples. There must be a better way with new technology.
Just got the email and when I clicked on the frame it brought up a page and I clicked on the “get this sample” button and then the page disappeared and went to more suggestions for me- but there was no prompt to confirm it was me or for shipping… did it go through?
Update, after my hour and maybe 10 min. I finally got the website to respond and will get my sample yea! I guess I was getting too impatient.

I’m thinking not Amber, I have to confirm my address. The first kind I tried getting kept putting me back to square one but I chose another kind (lucky hubby) and I got the confirmation. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

I was having trouble getting the page to load, so I just waited until late last night (about 11 PST), the page loaded right up. I knew I was taking a chance to miss it, but I was impatient with the constant trying to load message.
