Did you request the free dog leash from Snapfish that I posted? Well sadly they have sent emails out letting people know they did not have enough inventory to cover the orders they received. I believe they offered most people an alternate product however the free shipping code has expired so you will have to pay shipping.
It is a shame for sure. Milo was really looking forward to getting his new leash but to be honest I have received so many incredible offers from Snapfish I am not going to complain. I hope you all can remember the awesome offers they have had the past few months and look forward to what we might see from them in the future!
PS: If you used an email account you don’t always check for your leash order you may not have seen this email. If you are upset about the cancellation of your order, you might click HERE and go to live chat and see if you can get resolution.

I got this e mail yesterday and I admit my pooch was quite upset 🙁 However, they did offer me a free mug as a substitute. I just wrote to them as I was unsure which mug I could get for free? Did you see the expiration date for this subsitute though? It doesn’t expire until next year! Let’s hope there will be a free shipping code by then?!?

That is a good point. I think they canceled because they didn’t realize we had the free ship code personally. So they will probably be stingier with those in the future. But who knows.

Yeah I talked to them on chat and asked for the pet bowl which is the same value of the leash and free shipping and got that deal instead.

I didn’t get an email, so logged onto my account. It said “cancelled,” but on the order details it said “in process,” so I got onto the live chat. My order was cancelled, so I asked for a “replacement” – I was hoping for the dog dish 🙂 but I was offered the photo collage mug – I’m sure that’s nice too. I asked about shipping- she said to place the order, then come back to them for a shipping refund???

Oh that is rude! I don’t think that was the case at all! They offered a free item and then offered a free shipping code. Period. Nobody manipulated anything. I would be upset too. They don’t need to be rude.
