As you all know I shop at Safeway almost weekly.  I find a lot of values there and I can usually spend less on higher quality items than at discount stores just by using coupons and shopping the sales.  We frequently have yogurt on our shopping list because the prices are so good at Safeway and also because my 2 year old LOVES yogurt.

We usually buy Yoplait Yo Plus yogurt but lately we have experimented with Fiber One as well.  Fiber one offers 4 different flavors: Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime.  It comes 4 containers to a pack and Safeway has them priced at just $2 right now.  So with a $1 off coupon you will pay just .25 per cup!

Fiber One yogurt has extra fiber added in- fiber is something we can all probably use more of anyway.  We like this yogurt because it is nice and thick and creamy and has a fresh flavor.  I usually mix my yogurt with granola or fruit and it is very filling.
