    Chicken Castellina is my absolute favorite. Fell in love with it while Olive Garden had it on their menu. Since then I’ve picked up the recipe from Olive Garden’s website. It’s so yummy!

    My family loves a homemade spin on Chicken Parmesan…. we like to make it with pork as well.

    My favorite is lasagna. Make sure you add cheddar, swiss, cream cheese, parmesan and any other one you want! the more the more the better 😀

    we love a spaghetti dish made with ground round, sauteed with onion and/or garlic, diced yellow squash, a jar of spaghetti sauce and a little fresh basil and oregano. served over ww angelhair pasta- yum!
