I have had my eye on Safeway cards (none are available) but you might look and see if you can buy one for your grocery store and then use that every week with your regular budget.
I also just sent this to my Dad because he buys things at Home Depot all the time and they also have about a 7% savings right now on Home Depot cards. Considering he is building a house that can really add up!

I’ve noticed the Safeway cards go fast, if you set a notification you will receive an email when the card becomes available again. Hope this helps you get the cards you want!
