Seventeen magazine has a new promotion that will start 1/5 at 12am ET. They are giving away 10,000 Hard Candy eyeliners in Soy. Just click HERE and look for free samples and then scroll down to the eyeliner. Make sure to check the box before you fill out the form with the image of the magazine that says DO NOT start a trial subscription!! The code word is liner and this is for people 24 and under (so make sure you remember that when entering your birthday!)

I believe this started at midnight last night. And, as a warning, unless you click on the link that states “no purchase necessary”, then they will sign you up for a subscription of the magazine. Hope this helps.
