leapfrog tag readerIf you have been reading this blog long than you know I am a HUGE fan of Leapfrog products.  We have several different toys and books- with our favorite being the Violet.   We are big fans of the Tag books as well because many of them are so cleverly written they are entertaining for both parents and children.

I was excited to try the Leapfrog Tag Jr since we already have so many of the Tag and Tag Jr books.  My toddler is not reading yet but she has just started to really love books and I want to do everything possible to encourage her along.

The Tag Jr is perfect for preschoolers and you can download up to 5 books into the reader.  The reader has fun sound effects and you can choose the book according to what you want to develop from your child- like math skills or ABCs.  It is a small device that easily fits into little hands and really makes the books come alive.  The Tag Jr comes with a book “If I Were..” and Adriana got quite a thrill out of hearing the animal sounds from this book!  The best part, in my opinion, about this system is that the books are all hard so an excited little one can’t rip them apart.

    My children love the Learn & Groove table. The probably are a little big for it now but they still enjoy signing songs to it’s tunes and pointing out all the numbers & letters.

    WE love leapfrog. They have some of the best and fun learning toys. My children have had and loved baby tad, fridge phonics ,fridge dj and a few others. I would love to get a tag reader for my 4 year old who is just learning to read,but it’s just not in the budget right now.. Thanks for the chance and congrats to whoever wins 🙂

    I would love to have the Leapfrog Tag Jr for my boys – 1 1/2 & 2 1/2. They both love to be read to! Unfortunately this is not in the budget right now 🙁

    Looks like this would be really awesome for my 15 month old! We do not have any Leap Frog products yet. But, this looks like it would be great to assist him with early reading. Would love to win this!!!
