I am always surprised at what deals get the most enthusiasm from you guys and this was certainly one of them! If you missed this deal- I told you about it HERE. If you got in on it- I was looking at the promotional terms online and it looks like the $20 Rewards credits should be coming via email anytime. I don’t know if you get one for $40 or (2) for $20.
The credit was supposed to be sent within 48 hours but it turns out it is sent the month after you earn the rewards. So pay attention to those 1800Flowers emails and let us know if you get your credit!

I did this the day you first posted. Entered a bunch of reminders to get points . . . . I surpassed the “required” amount to get 400 points but only 120 points shows up!!! I’ve even emailed them about it a couple weeks ago & they said it takes time to show up . . . anyone else?!?
I emailed them as well. They stated that the points/credit will be given to those that added the reminders but that they are really behind so it may take awhile.
I emailed them also and was told that they show up between the 1st and 10th of the following month – so should be this week or next. My fingers are crossed that I can send someone a beautiful FREE Christmas arrangement… or maybe I’ll even get 2 gifts out of it!

I just ordered flowers and I took the customer service survey after I checked out and they gave me a 5.00 off promo code.
The giveaway only lasted until November 30 so if you didn’t add the reminders yet you are too late. Sorry!
I didn’t get my points either and customer service said they had many people report the problem and they were conducting an audit and that I would hear back in 48 hours.
i didn’t receive mine yet either.. even though it shows them issued 11/25.. called cs and they said it is sometimes not sent until the 10th of the following month and if i don’t receive it by then to call back.. also the cs rep added that a lot of these offers go directly to your spam/junk folders.. HTH
Wow! I got my email today with my $40 reward pass and I ordered a centerpiece that was $39.99 and it will be shipped this week totally free. There are about 15 items that they will ship for free. Just click on the banner at top of website. Thanks so much for this great idea. That took care of my grandmother’s gift! I love when things work out for free. You don’t even have to put a credit card number in:)
