The code for Violet only took off $3 for me too. I emailed Amazon and they told me that it should be $10 off and they will process a refund for the difference.
What? So will the final cost be $5??
I seriously considered getting my son a Violet since it would be $5 instead of $10 for Scout. But I suspect hubby would object LOL and $10 is still a good price. I did the same as Christie: Ordered, then e-mailed Amazon about the wrong promo amount. They’ve already replied that it will be fixed. Problem may be that the code is the same as the frig toys, which are 20% off — it took $4 off of my Scout. Thanks for the heads up on this sale!!

It took me awhile to figure out how to contact Amazon, so not a silly question! I clicked the HELP link at the very bottom of the screen. Then, on the right side, there’s a yellow button that says Contact Us. Your order should pop up (copy the order number), then click the little tab above the order that says E-mail. Paste the order number in and type your message. The reply came fairly quickly to my regular e-mail. They said to allow 2-3 days for the credit to get back onto my card. Hope that wasn’t too confusing…
I emailed Amazon regarding Violet and just got a response that they are refunding $7! Violet for $5 is awesome!

I have a question. I added 4 tag books and 1 tag junior book to my cart. I entered the codes, but it looks like I can only get $5 off one book, or 20% off of the tag junior book. Did I do this correctly? Or should I be able to get the discount on all items purchased? Thanks.
I thought it said the code would work for up to five like items- but I am not certain. You might want to send them a quick email while the items are in your cart. You can only use the codes once so you might want to wait to check out.

“I’m sorry for any inconvenience in using the promotional code during check out. The $5.00 off is for only a single item. Even if you purchase 3 qualifying items for $5.00 OFF promotion, you will receive only $5.00 discount, not $15.00.
Also please note that you cannot use multiple promotional code for single order. Even if the items have separate promo codes, you’ll only be able to use any one.”
You are also correct that you can only use each code once.
Anyone try to get a refunded difference in price beyond nov. 11 for the violet or scout difference? I question this due to Amazon website says it’s only 20% off. Where was there the statement that it would be $10 off? I just hate to pay more when I can just get one at target for $2 cheaper and get it now! Please help… I would LOVE to grab this toy for my little one for $5… it is on her I really really want it list!
