vista multi labelsOk as you all know I am planning to wallpaper my kitchen with all the adorable labels I have been ordering from Vista.  (kidding)

But actually I found yet another clever use for the free labels you can order!  If you (or someone on your list does a lot of cooking/baking you can make really cute labels like this:

vista kitchen labelOR if you need a practical gift for a teacher you can make labels for the inside of book covers!

vista teacherNow how smart is that?  Pair the labels with a tote bag HERE and for less than $10 you have a practical gift that any teacher can use!  You can look at the label designs right HERE.  (I looked under Stationary and Home Office on the left sidebar and then multi purpose labels.)

Hey, I was just wondering…How long does it take you to get your labels once they are shipped?? I ordered some address labels last time around that you posted about them and still have not received them. Should I keep waiting or do you think I should contact the company??? It’s taking forever!!
    Thanks, Sheila

Ok, just figured it out! I guess I shipped it the super long way and it’s a 21 day shipping. SO I should be getting them on or before the 30th! Ok, just really excited to put my NEW FREE labels on my NEW FREE Christmas cards!! I think your site is great BTW! I’m here in Nor Cal and love all your match-ups you do for the stores.

Oh, and one more question…Not sure where exactly you’re located, but I’m in the Modesto area. Do you know of ANY grocers out here that double coupons?? I’m having no luck finding any and thought you might!

I ordered my labels on the 14th and they came today!!! I ordered some other stuff to (like tote bags, postcards, and note books for my daughters) and I had it shipped the slow way. I got an email when it was sent, letting me know to expect it.

Thanks so much for all that you do. These freebies are so much fun and the ideas are great!

I was thinking you could use them to make cute gifts for showers or other get togethers…like you could buy some nice soaps when they’re on sale at Bath and Body Works, and then make labels personalized with information about the event as favors.
I actually was going to do this when I was hosting my Bunco group, but I didn’t think they’d get here in time. I thought they could say, “I cleaned up at Bunco.” Get it? Hee, Hee…
I’m sure there are other things you could personalize too that would make nice favors or prizes. Just thought I’d share an idea !

I have a friend who uses labels like these and puts them on the inside of her DVD, CD and book covers. That way, if she lends it to someone, they won’t forget who they borrowed it from. Our friends use each others stuff so much that no one can ever remember who really owns what. So this works great!

Great idea with the labels. I am a teacher and I always order the free Vista labels and have them say “From The Library of: Mrs. Miller” and then I put one on the back cover of every book in my classroom library. That way if a student borrows a book from the classroom library, their parent always knows where to return it. I’ve also ordered the free magnets to say my contact info, for example my school phone number, email address, and classroom website for the parents to keep on their fridge. These would make AWESOME teacher gifts!

Meg that’s a great idea and so cute! If you pay .50 extra they ship them in like 3 days.
