And they are offering yet another week of Free PC tune ups. (Has anyone had a good experience with this? My 3 experiences were all awful.)
I have had horrible experiences with Staples free check up. I dropped off my working laptop and in an effort to "clean it up" they erased my hard drive and reinstalled all of the software. Problem was, they errased all of my photos & files too. 3 years of photos, gone. Free is not worth the effort.
