I LOVE Target, and my Target is really good about coupons, they seem to know the policy so I rarely have any problems. I like Albertsons too, but since those will be leaving Utah soon, I am having to find another store…
Walgreens is my favorite and Rosemary is the best cashier there…she's very coupon friendly and just scans ALL my coupons with no problem.
